TLC RM was set up in 1996 by hospitality industry professionals with founder Directors having held senior marketing positions at Oberoi Hotels. TLC has now grown to become India’s largest service provider for hotel (dining cards) loyalty programs.  As a company TLC has witnessed superlative growth within a short period of time & has been enriched with the experience of working with the best brands in the Indian Hotel Industry.

TLC today is over 500 people strong with a pool of the most experienced professionals in this field. We have a Pan India setup with offices in – New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Jaipur etc.

TLC is very different from an international call centre. At an international call centre you are given a very specific role which gives you a limited scope of learning or development. At TLC a management role involves looking after multiple aspects of the business like telesales, inbound help desk, member and client interaction, administrational areas, technology, MIS and so on.

Positions

        Managers – 3 to 5 years experience in handling a team. Should be a leader, self motivated with high energy levels.  Basic computer skills a must. As a manager you work on an independent profit centre concept with predefined targets and budgets.

        Assistant Managers – 2 to 3 years experience in handling a team. Reports to the manager and assists in day to day running of the business.

        Management Trainees – 1 to 2 years experience in handling a team.  Six to Twelve month training program to become Asst Managers.

        Team Leaders – executives who assist the manager and the assistant manager in handling the team.

        Tele marketing executives – should posses excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a flair for sales. Part time (9.30 am to 1.30 pm OR 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm) and Full time (9.30 am to 6.30 pm) opportunities available.

        Administration executives – should posses good computer and basic office administrational skills. 

        Technology support staff - should have experience in VB.Net / ASP.net, SQL Server & Crystal Reports to design, code and unit test client server based applications and work as a team member with a team of 8-10 programmers.
Senior Programmer: should have more than 3 years of experience in coding and team handling.
Junior Programmer: should have more than 1 year of experience in coding and client support.
