Senior Salesforce Administrator

5+ years of experience | Full-time | New Delhi

Role And Responsibilities

1. Design, setup and maintain Salesforce standard objects, custom objects and junction objects, while also structuring user roles, security profiles and workflow rules.

2. Mobilize business change by leveraging Salesforce to enable fit-for-purpose scalable business solutions to meet the company’s needs.

3. Develop Salesforce platforms to meet ever-changing needs of the business.

4. Configure page layouts, workflows, document templates, record types, & data fields.

5. Create and update users, reports and dashboards to track pipeline/stages for management visibility.

6. Create validation rules, approval process, workflows, process builder knowledge in generating reports and dashboards using tools like Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard etc.

7. Data Loading using SFDC Data Loader & work on CRM applications like Data Exports & Imports.

8. Create Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Users, Record Types, Email Services, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Actions.

Desired Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience as a administrator.

2 . Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified.

3. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred.

4. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula

fields,workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

5. Strong understanding of best practices and functionality.

6. Experienced in configuration, customization, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, tabs on

7. Experience in SFDC related technologies such as Apex and Visual Force.
