Role And Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the TLC’s position in the B2B tech market through strategic alliances.
  2. Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities within the B2B tech sector and hotel loyalty business.
  3. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with TLC services offerings and B2B technology solutions.
  4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual benefit for both parties.
  5. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding of business objectives.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of alliance strategies with overall business objectives and offerings.
  7. Engage with stakeholders at various levels within partner organizations to drive engagement and maximize value from alliances.
  8. Provide support and resources to enable partners to effectively promote and sell TLC services and technology offerings.
  9. Communicate alliance progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on partnership activities.

Desired Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree – BBA/B.Tech/B. Com
  2. Added Advantage: Master’s Degree – Certifications in partnership management
  3. 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and alliance management in hospitality industry or Technology consulting
  4. Proficiency in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements
  5. Knowledge of legal and contractual aspects related to alliances
  6. Basic understanding of TLCs underlying tech stacks
